Founded by Henrik Schmitz and Julia Stippler, the studio works at the intersection of experimentation, craft, and structure. We explore form through natural forces, functional constraints, and human movement. Our work combines artisanal methods, organic materials, and experimental systems with a precise, technical sensibility.
We operate as an infrastructure supporting ideas from concept to realization.
Our practice spans design and concept development, prototyping, experimental and industrial pattern making, organic dyeing and material research, informed by an archive of workwear and military garments.
